On May 5-6, 2021, STAP held a virtual workshop on Business and Mainstreaming Biodiversity to examine biodiversity mainstreaming from the business perspective, with a view at how the GEF could promote nature-positive development in concert with the private sector. Rosina Bierbaum, STAP Chair; John Donaldson, STAP Member for biodiversity; and Tom Lovejoy, STAP Senior Advisor, co-chaired this event, which included participants from the private sector, academia, civil society and the GEF partnership.
